Viele Fahrzeughersteller verzichten auf eine ausreichende Dämmung von Blechteillen, Aggregateträgern, Verkleidungen und anderen Bauteilen.
Dieses mindert durch deren Mitschwingen und Resonanzen die Klangentfaltung von Nachrüstlautsprechern.
Auch werden klangverfälschend rückwärtige Schallanteile der Lautsprecher reflektiert.
Durch eine ausreichende Dämmung und Dämpfung wird die Basswiedergabe entsprechend der Qualität der Lausprecher optimiert, die Mitteltonwiedergabe sauber und das Staging verbessert.
Ein Entkoppeln und die Kontaktdämmung von Verkleidungsteilen verhindert die Erzeugung von Nebengeräuschen.
Die Fahrzeugakustik wird verbessert und Fahrgeräusche werden vermindert.
